I normally wear briefs in size 7 got from local stores. I ordered Calida cotton boyshort briefs in size M (25024) via Amazon which fit me very well. So I ordered Smartwool briefs in size M via Amazon too.
However, Smartwool M is too small and not fits me at all. I want to exchange and called the company and their reply is there is NO return or exchange for briefs purchased through their website. I ordered two pairs of Samrtwool briefs, which is totally a waste of money.
I also got my first experience with Amazon partners that you have to contact this company either through phone or through email to get a RMA number and then to process a return or exchange (and also you pay the return shipping). This company does not provide the return label with the invoice when you get you ordered items.
